Cusqueña receives more than 21 international awards in the last five years

- Cusqueña has been awarded five years in a row by the Monde Selection from Belgium

Lima, August 19, 2011 - Cusqueña, the Peruvian Premium beer, announces two new prizes awarded by the Monde Selection, one of the most prestigious international institutions in the certification of quality beverages.

In this occasion, Cusqueña has been recently awarded with the Gold Medal for its regular version and its Malt version. The Monde Selection awarded our Premium beer because of its excellent quality, made 100% with pure barley and Saaz Hop, considered the finest worldwide.

With these two new prizes, Cusqueña beer has received a total of 21 international awards in the last five years, such as the ICB from London and the Monde Selection. It is worth mentioning that the prize awarded by the Monde Selection is very important in an international level. This year, 2011, the Monde Selection celebrates its 50th anniversary, which makes it the oldest and most prestigious institution in the quality certification field in the world.
These international awards are the recognition to Cusqueña's superior quality.
