Peruvian Premium beer and renowned chef Nobu together in gastronomic edition

Nobu Matsuhisa, prestigious Japanese chef and Martín Pérez, Minister of Tourism, accompanied by the event's organizers

Lima - March 4, 2010. The presentation of the book "The gods of the kitchen" culminated with great success. The book is an important culinary edition which brought together Peruvian most successful chefs. They were accompanied by three Japanese chefs, including the renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

The event featured the participation of Cerveza Cusqueña, which "once again paid tribute to the extraordinary Peruvian cuisine and does so with the desire to contribute to the propagation of local cuisine knowledge during these times in which it experiences an unprecedented importance", said Javier Neyra, Cusqueña Manager.

This book has been put together with special care and detail in order to provide the public with a superb selection of Peruvian traditional dishes that go very well with Cusqueña beer. It is the first Peruvian recipe book published in Japanese. For this reason it will be shown at the Shanghai gastronomy fair.

It should be noted that the presentation of the book in our country was accompanied by an exhibition and illustrative talks, during which the chefs shared their experiences and presented a traditional Peruvian dish to the participants.
