Reporting

We have formally reported performance at group level for more than 10 years.
Our data gathering and reporting processes are aimed at delivering sufficient information to report comprehensively but without imposing an excessive burden on the operations.
This area provides information that supports and supplements that in our 2009 Sustainable Development Report. We have also published a number of issue-specific reports, for example on enterprise development, HIV/Aids and water.
The majority of the performance data on the site is collated under the 10 priorities of our sustainable development framework.

Elsewhere in the Sustainable development section we have also provided information on our people and our products.
