Each year we consume over 890 million hectolitres of water in our brewing, soft drinks and malt operations. The majority is used in the production process for the beers and other drinks we produce. We use water for cooling, cleaning of packaging materials such as bottles and kegs, pasteurisation, rinsing and cleaning process equipment and flushing of filters.For more information please see the Sustainable Development Report 2008
