It is tradition within SABMiller to recruit Supernumerary Talent on an annual basis. Our highly efficient talent management program ensures that all supernumeraries are developed within the organisation with a view to becoming future leaders in SABMiller. Supernumerary talent is seldom placed into existing vacancies, but rather, positions are created for them depending on their qualifications and experience.

This method of managing talent has been highly effective for SABMiller over the years, and has been made possible through the recruitment of MBA graduates from a variety of Business Schools around the globe.

Understanding that many MBA graduates are interested in changing the direction of their careers, we recruit within a flexible framework. However, please note, we are unable to assist graduates in changing both their functional AND industry sector direction.
