Internships

The SABMiller Internship program aims to provide students with practical work assignments that enhance their academic training. We develop significant relationships with international schools and universities to create a pipeline of talent and future leaders.

Internship programs are currently run for undergraduates and postgraduates in the US (Miller Careers website).

The internship is a 12-week, fast-paced program, during which you will become an integral part of the team. Your program culminates with a presentation to the management team on the recommendations of your project and summer experience. Interns are part of our Performance Management Culture. This includes setting goals, bi-monthly meetings with your manager and final evaluations.

In addition to the experience and education acquired on the job, interns have the opportunity to meet the senior management team, attend educational seminars, social/networking events, and develop leadership and project management skills.

Further minimum requirements include:

  • Strong commercial aptitude
  • Deep analytical skills
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
  • Proven, superior performance
  • Passion for our brands
