Entry level requirements are varied with an undergraduate degree as a pre-requisite. Typically these degrees are in Mechanical, Industrial engineering, Chemical, Biochemical or Electrical Engineering. Specialist in-house brewing and packaging-related courses are offered to ensure each individual gains a holistic, well-rounded skill set.

Utilities
These operations provide and manage water, steam, refrigeration, effluent and power to Brewing and Packaging. Efficiency, effectiveness and aligning to the Group Environmental strategy are key areas.
