A:Current and historic Annual Reports can be downloaded from our website. However, if you are unable to view these files, then you can request a copy be mailed to you by emailing the Company Secretarial Department at companysecretarial@sabmiller.com.

A: SABMiller plc uses a number of merchant banks and advisers, depending on the nature and geography of the project in question.

A: Dividends are only paid in US dollars to shareholders shown as having an address in the USA and are recorded on the UK section of the share register, unless mandated otherwise.

Q: Where can I find out how much dividend was paid into my account?

If your shares are held on the South African register and are dematerialised through the STRATE system, you will need to contact your CSDP. If your shares are not dematerialised, and are in certificated form, you will need to contact Computershare Services, on telephone number 011 370 5000.

Q: What should I do with my share certificate(s)?

A: These are very important documents and are proof of your shareholding. They should be kept in a safe place. You will need them to sell/transfer some or all of your shares.

A: The date of the next AGM will be formally announced to shareholders when notice of the meeting is sent out after the financial year end. The company's AGM is usually held at the end of July. Once the date has been set, it will be published in the financial calendar.
