Great Place to Work 2009:
Cervecería Hondureña's outstanding human resources management was recognized again by the Great Place to Work Institute in the results of its poll, Best Places to Work in Central America and the Caribbean 2009.
Our company won first place in the companionship category and obtained a favourable position in the regional ranking. We also obtained the highest ranking of the many Honduran companies that participated. The official results were announced on Thursday, May 14.
These results prove our status as a company with solid leadership and vision, qualities that define Cervecería Hondureña as a preferred employer in Honduras.
The enthusiastic environment of companionship at Cervecería Hondureña is encouraged by horizontal leadership, goals based on team work, and coexistence activities, which are made possible by having both sports facilities and social areas in the workplace.
Cervecería Hondureña lists five values in its institutional principles; among them is "we work and win as a team," which reflects the importance of adding value to the common work experience.
Great Place to Work is a worldwide organization directed by Robert Levering and professor Amy Lyman. Levering's ranking began in the early 80's in the United States and is now used in 30 countries around the world.
