SABMiller plc announces that it has completed the sale of its Pepsi bottling operations in Costa Rica to Cervecería Costa Rica S.A., a subsidiary of Florida Ice and Farm Company, S.A.

SABMiller had acquired the Pepsi bottling operations as part of its Latin American transaction which completed on 12 October 2005.
