SAB Extends Sports Media Awards 2012 Entry Deadline

Johannesburg, 18th September 2012: The South African Breweries (SAB) today announced that it has extended the deadline for the "SAB Sports Media Awards 2012" until this Friday 21st September 2012 at 5pm.

Robyn Chalmers, Corporate Communications Head for SAB, says: "Ultimately this competition is for and about the sports media in South Africa. We have been inundated with requests to move the deadline so we made the decision to extend it until the end of the week. Hopefully these two additional days will give all entrants the time they need to complete the entry process."

Entrants for the SAB Sports Media Awards 2012 can either enter via the Sports Media Online Competition portal or submit physical entries via the competition's auditors, Grant Thornton.


NOTE TO EDITORS:

Entrants should submit work produced between 1st August 2011 and 31st August 2012.

Online entries can be submitted via www.SABsportsmedia.co.za

Physical entries can be hand-delivered, posted or couriered to:
