The term 'blonde' has come to mean low-carb and ultra-light flavour in mainstream brewing, but this is a much smarter blonde. Made with a blend of wheat malt, this blonde is light and citrusy with gentle fruitiness and low bitterness making it one very refreshing beer.
Appreciation
Goes well with roast chicken, vegetarian, pork, fish and chips. Whenever a fruit salad seems appropriate, you can also pull out the fruitiness of this blonde.
