This event is a part of the national project of SABMiller RUS "Build springs together!" whose goal is to provide access to clear drinking water for the citizens of the Primorski krai, Kaluga and Ulyanovsk regions.

Careful management of water is one of the priorities of SABMiller RUS' Sustainable Development campaign. The company aims not only to reduce the volume of water used for beer production, but also to supply the needs of the local population because the quality of life and the regions' development in general depends upon the quality of drinking water.

In Trudovoe village, SABMiller RUS has reconstructed two wells that are an important part of the infrastructure of the community. Building activities for the reconstruction include construction and installation of the well's curb with a roof, doors and elevator. 400 people living in Trudovoe village use drinking water from the wells.

Alexander PARKHOMENKO, Head of the population cooperation department of Trudovoe village:

"The creation of favorable conditions for the population's vital activities in the territory of Trudovoe village is one of the main aims of the population cooperation department of Trudovoe village, created by the Administration of Vladivostok.
