Be selected

Your CV will be rigorously screened by one of our Recruitment Managers or HR representatives and you will be notified of the status of your application as soon as possible. You may be invited to undertake an initial telephone interview.

Meet us

If successful, you will be invited to a competency-based first interview, followed by a second interview and assessment stage (dependent on the role for which you’ve applied).

Congratulations, we’ve offered you the job. We will fully discuss the financial aspects of the offer and provide you with all the information you require to ensure that you choose to accept a career at SABMiller.

Your induction begins as soon as you sign on the dotted line and continues well into your first year of employment.
