Implementation of Scheme of Arrangement for Acquisition of Foster's Group Limited

SABMiller is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of all of the shares in Foster's pursuant to the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement today, 16 December 2011. The transaction consideration will be paid to Foster's' shareholders by Wednesday 21 December 2011.
