Bogota, November 23rd, 2009. Bavaria's Entrepreneurs Network, together with Endeavor Colombia and Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano de Bogotá, ended last Friday, with an outstanding flash mob1 the Global Entrepreneurship Week (http://semanadelemprendimiento.com), a world encounter of millions of entrepreneurs and hundreds of organizations from more than 85 countries, which seek to create awareness on the importance of entrepreneurship as a power of economic development.
The purpose of this event was to carry out a simple, innovative, high impact activity that would gather the media, as we estimate that nearly 600 entrepreneurs met at the same time.
The encounter took place last Friday, November 20th, at 12:30 p. m. at the Plazoleta de la Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, and it was the official closing of this Global Entrepreneurship Week, and Colombia was exposed internationally in the largest and most innovative event of these seven days.
The event organization raffled 2 Netbooks among the first 600 participants involved in the flash mob.
