Oktoberfest will be celebrated with Cusqueña Red Lager Special Edition (Translation)

Once again in La Vida

Lima, October 12, 2009 - As a commemoration of the greatest traditional German festival, Oktoberfest, Cusqueña beer will celebrate its Cusqueña Oktoberfest in Lima from October 15th to 18th.

The location next to La Videna, Av. Aviacion 2068, will once again be the place where more than 17,000 people are expected to enjoy such an important event. This year, Cusqueña's beer Red Lager, a reddish golden colored drink, which is the result of the perfect combination of selected malt and the natural way of toasting the barley during the brewing process, will be the special edition offered during the celebration.

Popular music bands as well as folk music groups both national and German will participate in the event. The Zugspitzmusik and the Sarabandha bands will be the entertainers during this celebration and will make of it a special event that no one can miss.

Mr. Sepp Schauberger, the event's promoter, along with special guests, will be in charge of Oktoberfest official inauguration. The price of tickets will be S/. 30.00 per person.

It is worth mentioning that now a day, Oktoberfest is celebrated in more than 180 cities of the world. In South America, namely Peru, this traditional festival has been celebrated since 2002.
