We conduct our business with respect for national cultures and the laws, norms and traditions of our different markets. At the same time, there are fundamental principles that we need to uphold in our own business and within our supply chain.

As a global business, we recognise our responsibility to uphold labour standards, both in our local operations and in our supply chain, and to seek to prevent discrimination and breaches of human rights. SABMiller is a signatory of the UN Global Compact and supports the Millennium Development Goals.
