Dividends
The board has proposed a final dividend of 22.5 US cents making a total of 30 US cents per share for the year, an increase of 20% on prior year. This would represent a dividend cover of 2.6 times based on adjusted earnings (2003: 2.2). Details regarding declaration dates, eligibility and related matters are disclosed in the directors’ report.
