The factor which influenced my decision to join SABMiller was the level of emotional engagement demonstrated by the individuals I met through the selection process. People from across the organisation, who cared passionately about the business and were proud to say they worked for SABMiller.

Over the years, SABMiller remained competitive and still continued to be a growing & a learning organisation as it entered new markets. SABMiller plays to its strengths, specifically with its strong brands and sustainable practices in the supply chain. I admire the fact that the company truly mastered the art of thinking globally and acting locally.
